Here are my ideas for new MOTU Heros:
NeuSense
A small imp like creature that seems to have atached itself to the Masters (mainly Teela) and tends to follow them around. Whenever a Master is in danger, or just needs help with a task you can guarantee that Neu will be there to make it even worse.
Oh and every day he gets a new psychic sense that lasts for one day (until he gets another new one)

Bat-Ler
A warrior with a bat face and bat wings. Despite being totally blind he is able to "see" the world around him using his sonar abilities.
His loud screeching can also be used as a kind of weapon, it's piercing shriek causing anyone it is aimed at intense ear/head aches.
